He is the author of Management and Organisational Behaviour, which has been a highlight of reading lists for three decades and is now into its tenth edition.

 

Penny Dossor is a principal lecturer in hospitality management and course leader on the hospitality management programme at the University of Portsmouth Business School. She has professional experience in a number of hospitality and personnel management positions in both the public and private sectors.
