This book is written by Jenny Lawson who has worked in a computing/IT environment for many years, as a programmer, systems analyst, director of a software house, trainer in IT, teacher, examiner, and a Chief Examiner and Vocational Advisor to the RSA. Jenny has worked on the IT GNVQ qualification almost from its inception. As Series Editor, Jenny has also overseen the preparation of books to support the optional units at Intermediate and Vocational A-level GNVQ ICT.
